I went to Wangsa Walk yesterday with my IIUM friends (since I'm an ex IIUM student, I rarely meet them anymore) So we went there and go makan2 and my friend Cipi wanted to buy anime stuff (CD lorr) so we went to one of the shops there. Oh Cipi is an anime lover (mcm animal lover! which she issss toooo!!)- seriously if you love anime do check out her blog!) 

Ok, guess what I bought in the shop? no, not anime lah weh. I bought...

YES people, Imma TOKIO HOTEL FAN~ Any of you like Tokio Hotel??? Lets be friends ok? :D So I bought this (SMILE+TEARS+GRINS+LOVE) "Best Of - English Version" Weeeeee! But Im waiting for The DVD to come out iJanuary and then Imma buy it on Amazon.com if there will be none in Malaysia.

iPod 4g

Assalamualaikum Alles~



Today I went to Pavilion Bukit Bintang to watch Narnia at GSC Gold Class. It was a great movie overall *I love the fact that Prince Caspian is handsome* naek mood haku nk tengok movie tu.hahaha. And I also love their acting especially the cousin of the kings/queens of Narnia. Hebat tuuuuu.



So after the movie, we *bro/cousins/me* went to Apple Centre at Level 5 because bro wanted to buy his iPhone 4 casing. I on the other hand was searching for iPod 4g because I love iPhone's features but I fancy iPod over iPhone. I have 2 other iPod *shuffle and touch 3g* and I think iPod touch is the best iPod ever. I won't settle for iPhone because of its ridiculous plans *service providers cekik darah* plus I love my Satio.



Unfortunately, the 64GB iPod touch 4g that I was looking for is out of stock at Pavi so we all went straight to KLCC and... I got my iPod!! I know I know, you'd say, why the hell did you buy another iPod touch if you already possesses the previous gen? well, first thing first, there are several differences between iPod 3g and iPod 4g. Let me tell you more about it~



1) The fact that this new generation of iPod 4g have not only ONE but TWO cameras *front and back* as its additional feature brings a smile on my face. Why? because 3g doesn't have a camera! I love taking photos and I think iPod 4g makes life easy because I can upload the pictures faster to Facebook or twitter or even my blog! ^^

2) The cameras can also capture HD video and trust me, the video looks much better than iPhone 4.

3) FaceTime - Its like a webcam but the feature is limited to only 4g iPod touch and iPhone 4.

4) Microphone. yes guys. seriously, iPod 3g is a bit of a disappointment because it doesn't have a microphone so some of the features like memo recording can't be used. but not with the iPod 4g~ problem solved!



= There are a lot of other cool features available and you won't regret buying iPod 4 for yourself or perhaps as a Christmas present for your loved ones. =

Assalamualaikum Alles~

I've been very-very busy these past few days. As the readers(yup, you~) know, I did post an update or two regarding my soon to be born nephew; well guess what? He's here!! oh yeah baby~! He was born on Sunday at 11.13am at the Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital.

 According to his mama, he was eager to get out from her tummy as it took only 5 pushes and just 18ml(i think) over 100ml epidural for her to deliver the baby. Such a good boy... he surely didn't want her mama to be in a state of pain for so long because that surely will make his baba panic!hehe.

Now, I am proud to say that I've become an aunt cum nanny to baby Rafa :)

*not so fun facts*
1) epidural is expensive- RM1000 per 100ml and apparently you'll be charged the same amount even if you only took a small amount of it. kalo boleh bawak balik kan best, bleh higghhhhhhhh.hahahahaha

2) he's in Kajang right now for 2 weeks. I'm missing him. See you soon darling.

3) I didn't find that nurse. Yes. that nurse (if you read this bro, yes, I did look for that *bleep* whore/gold digger.eh?haha)

Online Game

Assalamualaikum people :)

My life is completely dull right now, I stay at home almost everyday and do the same routine all over again- eat, sleep, blog, games, games, games. I'm playing The Sims 3 on Xbox and starting today after the guys from Unifi came and changed my wifi, I decided to play an online game that I used to love since ages ago. The game is call RuneScape and its an RPG game.

Basically RuneScape (RS) is different world altogether where people can meet up either to be friends with or to fight in the wilderness, it is up to us whether we wanna be a fighter, a magician, a trader, a wanderer or whatever. There are a lot of skills that we can develop along the way for examples, cooking, thieving (members only), magic, woodcutting, fishing,mining and fletching respectively (25 skills altogether). You can  explore the amazing world of RuneScape and you'll never wanna stop playing the game, cool armours, weaponry and such and for those who love a bit of a challenge, they can fight the dragons in the dungeons to get rewarded (money, armours, runes for magic etc3).

There are two types of account- either free or member. Of course, being a member, there are a lot of benefits like bigger world to explore, bigger challenges, more quests. Some skills are strictly for members only but hey, I've been on a free account for several years before I go for a member's only account and it's because I've already finished all the quests for the free account ;).

Apparently Maru the cat is the hype once again over the Internet. In case you're wondering who's Maru; well, he is a cat who likes to slide into tiny boxes despite his enormous physique.

It'll be cool if my cats can do this as well, they can be famous like Maru does. I'm gonna start training them to do special performance and open up cirque du soleil for them, catformers.

Full Body Scan or pat-down

Full body scan

I'm sure some of you have heard about the full body scanners that the US government bought and used in certain airports in America. The government have bought around 450 body scanners to be used in the airports in detecting several threats before boarding the airplanes.

You can, however, opt out from the full body scan and opt for pat-down by the immigration officers. However, the rules have changed now and the pat-downs will be much more humiliating to the passengers in which the officers will search/grope/grab/pat your privates in order to conduct their search for possible threatening objects.

What about full body scan? For most people, it is violation of privacy and for some, like us Muslims, we would object the full body scan because it doesn't comply with our religious belief. Yelah, cuba korang bayangkan body scan ni mcm kita dibogelkan jer ek?-.-" But we don't have a choice kan? nak biarkan officers tu raba2 kita plak ke? tak sanggup saya...

Fuh, this is gonna be a long post. ^^

It has been a great weekend plus Monday when my cousins went to visit me here in kl. we did a lot of stuff together mainly involving shopping malls and baby's things. Hehe. I love it when they come to kl to chill. so, these are the things that we did when they were in kl.

Saturday
They came around 6pm++ but I was outside with my bro looking (and buying) stuff for the new baby (he's not even born yet.:p) We bought baby's album and err door knob hanger? at Lovely Lace Baby in KLCC (costs around RM70 for both) When I came back, the youngest cousin; Faris was playing Wii and having hella fun while the other 2 were in the rooms doing their own stuff which involved bed and sleep. So nothing much today, I just wait for them to recover from penat dan lelah travelling from Melaka to KL. bukan jauh pon..ceh.

Sunday
I planned with the 2nd cousin to actually go to KLCC to watch Harry Potter the night before, but I told her that perhaps we could go somewhere else since she's been to KLCC for umphteen times! I decided that we should go to The Curve instead and watch the movie there. So we (just three of us, the other one was preparing for his interview- which he got the job -- JEALOUS) went there and thankfully I still remember the way. We arrived around 11.30AM, jalan2 sampai Cathay Cineplex and bought 12.05pm tickets, 2 large popcorn, 3 large Coke. Harry Potter was superb. Pls do watch it. =D

 After that, we went inside the Curve, 2nd floor to cuci mata at baby's stores. Yes people, we are good uncle and aunties. HAHA. I was thinking of buying an A-Z mat for baby's room since the room looks so..normal.? don't blame me! I didn't have a younger bro/sis to play with hence, the normal room. I found the A-Z mat and it costs me RM169.90 (kaching! T__T) Never mind baby, I'll keep the receipts so that I can claim them later when you grow up. :"> Then went to another shop, I was tempted to buy baby's book made out of cloth I think...Oh so I bought it. Another RM50 from my purse. Drained...! After that, we went to eat at T.G.I. Fridays, the server's name was... SEXY GEORGIA~ hahahaha I tried not to laugh in front of him but yeah, I sure laugh now.

Went back home, knackered but at night went to the new house to switch on the lights and gossiping (4 of us, yay complete!), went back home. ZzzZz..

Monday
We (again just 3 of us) went to Wangsa Walk jalan2, surely there's nothing much to do at Wangsa Walk, went to buy popcorn at TGV (yum2), Roti Boy for Aris, and some toiletries at Cold Storage. After that, went home for 5 minutes and went out again, this time-- Jusco Wangsa Maju! I bought baby's teether (the shape of a guitar~) and we went to supermarket, bought Korean Persimmon/ pisang kaki (double triple YUM) and off to my home.

Night- They were supposed to go back but the 1st cousin (interview,got it, jealous) was involved in an accident on the way to his job interview. Takot kene marah lah tu, he decided to go back tomorrow morning instead. :P

And so we went to the new house again, switch on the lights, lepak2 then off to...Bukit Bintang~ yay!haha They told me that they would love to see KL at night with all the lights, so I figured why not? I drove to Bukit Bintang and Ampang so they could see the amazing KL night life. I personally love KL during night time. After 2 honks, a lot of cursing going on as the drivers were all x reti bawak kereta,  thousands of holes in the middle of the road/highways, we went home satisfied.  At dinner, all 4 of us got together and the 1st cousin told a horror story about Villa Nabila and then we were looking at some ghosts' pictures and videos. And so I couldn't sleep till it's 3.30am. sheeeeeesh guys!

Today, they went back to Melaka when I was still asleep. Boohoo, how dare u! Hehe well, glad they had fun with me and they promised to come back to KL when their sister is on holiday this December, and perhaps at that time, the baby will come out from my sis in law's tummy.hahahahahaha.. till then, see u in the next updates~

Assalamualaikum and good evening…

I've been thinking lately of the kind of jobs that suit me. I still haven't made up my mind of what kind of job/s should I go for. I'm kinda scared because my cousin is going to his first interview tomorrow and I'm still here doing nothing.
I want the job that I can relate to and of course, the salary must be reasonable. Okay, so, what kind of job/s that I really want??

1) Travel writer (but I don’t know where to start and should I be doing a freelance job?
2) Venture in Business (what kind? Online? Still not sure and I don't have the capital to start off my business, I don't want to rely on my parents too much >.<")
3) Banking (I like banking but… My degree is English Linguistics and Literature..
4) Job that requires me to sit in my office all day long.ahaha

Because of my degree, people expect me to be a teacher/lecturer/cikgu/ustazah..?? but I don’t think I’m up for it as I don’t really like teaching in public schools and I have to go to Maktab perguruan so that I would be able to teach in schools. What about private schools? Perhaps Smart reader Kids might be a good experience. They are hiring now.. Should I or should I not take the opportunity and just go for it?

We’ll see, maybe the job might be good for starter and my resume will look extra special with the experience that I’ll gather from working there…
Another job that I think is good for a short run is working in a bookstore. Oh well, I have to start somewhere right? =/ Pressure oh pressure.

Feels like cursing.

While I was playing with all the cool gadgets in this blog, I accidentally deleted the second post I made about the memories of friends. I've tried to recover the post but failed to do so. I even google-ed on "How to retrieve deleted post on blogger" and came across one website which I think is useful for anyone but ME. I guess I'm stupid, naive and sleepy. or perhaps just sleepy. Oh well... My blog is nicer in a way but on the not so nice side, I erased the post and I don't have a copy of that post anywhere in my laptop. So I guess  I just have to put up with it. *mad with self*

Blog in the making

Assalamualaikum,

This is the first entry of "Life is No Disney". The blogger decided to move to www.blogger.come from www.wordpress.com since its not really user friendly (or the blogger -me- is a slow learner). At the old house, I wrote about stuff happening around me. It's kinda like an open diary where everyone can read and kutuk.hehe..
Basically this blog will be not much different from the previous one. The only difference is that, the blogger; no longer have any association with the  University's life, in short, the blogger is a penanam anggur yg berjaya. ;)

New journey begins and the old one is kept in the drawer called "beautiful memories". I certainly will enjoy the bumpy ride, hope u will too. see ya in the next updates.
